The Pennsylvania Cutting Horse Association is an NCHA affiliate association that promotes the training and exhibiting of cutting horses in an educational and fun way.
Affiliates are the foundation of the NCHA- that is where it all begins. We encourage novice riders and new members, and aim to provide a quality show experience to all cutters, young or old, experienced or novice, trainers or amateurs.
There are classes at all levels with a supportive environment to help everyone advance to the next level.
2024 PCHA FUNDRAISER - GUN RAFFLE
PCHA is hosting a gun raffle fundraiser.
Participants will have the chance to win various firearms while contributing to our association.
We are encouraging each member to sell 20 tickets. Anyone who sells 50 or more will be eligible for a special seller's raffle.
Drawing to be held Friday, May 3, 2024 7:00pm; Participants need not be present to win. The winners are responsible for paying transfer fees and can have guns transferred to another gun store. If they choose the cash option they must pick up in person at Berkeley Springs Trading Post.

2023 RICHIE GOLD MEMORIAL SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
Each year, the PCHA presents the Richie Gold Memorial Sportsmanship Award to a member who supports their fellow cutter, gives back to the club and shows graciousness in winning or losing.
This year NCHA directors Jack Werner, Bill Stein and PCHA President David Phillips awarded this special honor to Marty Miller at the PCHA September Memorial cutting. Marty represents the true definition of an NCHA member. He and his family are very active in cutting. Marty serves as a NCHA national director, coordinates and helps with finding judges for our shows and is always ready to lend an extra hand whenever needed. To know Marty is to be a part of his family.
Previous year’s winners include Bill Stein, Tina Delong, Michelle Sterner McNutt, Sandra Brown, Karlene Schlegel, Joel Cohen, Karla Maynes, John Costa, Jim Maynes, Dave Phillips, Jack Werner, Bill Woosnam (deceased), and Joey Schlegel (deceased).
